At the moment I'm a phone monkey. I wasn't getting anything in the office admin field when I was looking, so I figured I'd apply for a couple of contact centre jobs as I've done that before and landed one of them. I periodically start looking for another job and then get dispirited. I can't make up my mind whether it's really even looking at the moment considering I have a job.
