Can anyone help me with these? I'm completely rubbish with this sort of thing.

I would like these to be cropped at the sides so they fit into the 150x150 sizing, but I don't know how to do it without changing it to a still image.

It's Lucille, the matriarch from Arrested Development. She's self-obsessed, manipulative, crazy and hilarious. I couldn't find any really good clips on YouTube though.

I knew I knew her! She is Jessica Walters, she plays Tabitha in 90210 and she is hilarious!!! I love her!!
