Legend of the Seeker may be cancelled

Well, i'm not surprised actually. Despite the show started with a couple of promising eps and a promising storyline, the show stinks biiig time. And this second season is just horrible... They could have made something so good for lovers of fantasy... :S

Yeah, it's not a good show. Not a lot of things in it to attract an audience.

TV doesn't seem to serve fantasy very well. I don't know why.

It could, but they don't find the point to do it, I mean, they always turn the shows into a bunch of jokes...

Possibly because it's expensive to make. And doesn't have such a large audience. So they have to do it on the cheep. Shows like Xena and Hercules were deliberately not serious. They were intended to be campy, and it worked. This show takes itself too seriously, and can't accomplish that.

It used to take itself to serious. It's been a joke and a chain of jokes during all this season, and they totally missed the initial concepts of the show... Weird thing they did with it

Budget's probably a lot of it.

Sanctuary does very well. It's not to serious or too campy. Well, the first season was maybe too much towards the serious end and they've tightened things up in the second season. Maybe that's because they'd done a whole season on the internet before getting picked up and I guess the team behind it have good relationships with SyFy from Stargate.
