And that's so cool, you can drive!! It is a good way of showing people to drive, letting them practice for some monthsa nd then making them the exam. The Spanish method sucks.

1. I went to bed (thanks hubby) at 2 in the morning for 3rd day in a row.

2. I woke up at 7.15 in the morning, for 3rd day in a row.

3. I am extremely tired!!

@ Di: Yeah.. Well, we confronted her on Wednesday... it was 5 against 1 and we were scared shitless lol. But yeah we really told her how we felt and after a little ignoring it at first we finally got through to her! She admitted some mistakes etc. I guess she felt really bad afterwards cuz we also got a "sorry" email that night! She said she had no idea she was being like that and was glad we told her. She asked me to see her today cuz she felt really bad but I'm still sick so I couldn't, but I'll see her on Tuesday.. But yeah it's good we got to talk some sense into her. We'll see how it continues, I guess.

I also like the Belgian method to learn how to drive. Well there are different ways but I chose for 20 hours of driving lessons, and then you have a 3 month "internship" time, that you have to drive by yourself and then somewhere between 3 months and 18 months I have to take my exam (or examS, lol). But I still don't feel very comfortable on the road though... I don't drive alone yet, my stepdad is driving with me.

1. Damn stomach flu! Finally getting better though!
2. I really hope I'll finally be okay tomorrow so I can do some homework and maybe go driving!
3. We finally have digital television, woooot and changed internet providers, it's much faster now

1. My friend is coming to stay with me for the weekend (today and tomorrow). Just waiting for her to get here.
2. Changed my grading option in that class to Pass/Not Pass. Tried to negotiate with the prof's assistant and she still wants 30 pages, which I think is ridiculous, so I really just want to stop going to the class and take the Not Pass.
3. Got an A- on my Avant-Garde Film paper. First A on a film paper ever and I'd rather just focus on passing and possibly getting A's/B's in Avant-Garde and Screenwriting rather than the stupid insanity that is Art and Meditation class. Ironic? I'd say so!

If you take the Not Pass, do you have to take another class next semester?


1. Spent the afternoon at a friends house (whom we had the fight with) and talked a lot. It was good.
2. Little behind on my schoolwork now though because I lost a few days to being sick

@eve: glad you solved the problem with your friend.You were lucky!!! Whenever i had problems with friends in the past, talking to them solved nothing actually, which is so sad, considering they were supposed to be my friends!

@Eve - Yeah, I'm taking another class to replace this one. And low and behold, it's an actual disability studies class and it sounds awesome!

And ugh, I hate how dark it's getting now. Stupid Daylight Savings!

1. 5 year anniversary of my accident (being hit by a car) today. Holy crap. I'm OK, though.
2. Community needs to stop using my spec script ideas!
3. Excited to introduce my Screenwriting classmate/friend to Tru Calling and Community on Sunday. YAY.

1. Everyday more in shock with some people (people most of us used to know) and their behaviour/mood specially in facebook. We are not 15 anymore!! Grow up!!

2. I'm wearing a leather dress for work. I wanted to take the risk to wear it, but I don't want my boss to tell me to go to change though....

3. We had a huuuuuuge mess at work this past week and i didn't have much free time until some minutes ago it was kinda solved and they found the guilty one. Mess as in problem.

1. Reading a text for Film Theory, gosh I hate this class.
2. Really got a find a subject for my paper for that class too and I have noooooo idea!
3. We got a dance performance tonight at some modelling competition or so, leaving this afternoon for practice. Afterwards there's a reception, hope it'll be fun

1. Glad Eve agrees and I'm not the only one who hates Film Theory.
2. Skipped Avant-Garde lecture today because of stomach issues and apparently the professor went over what's supposed to be on the final. Ugh, FAIL.
3. It's 2 AM and I'm still awake trying to figure out how to write these 7 pages of my script. Ugh, even with my professor's notes on my 5th outline, this is so tough!

1. Doubting wheter I'm gonna go to Glee Live in London....
2. I really want to, but I'm sure tickets will be expensive, not to mention the plane/train, hotel,....
3. Guess I better save my money for another trip this Summer. But... it's Gleeeeeeee!?

1. Totally exhausted from pulling that all-nighter for my script for Screenwriting class last night.
2. Going home tomorrow afternoon for Thanksgiving break.
3. Will be in SF on December 11th seeing Donald Glover's stand-up/Childish Gambino tour/show with a friend!

1. @ Lara & Diana: I can't go to Glee after all. It's the 25th of June and my exam period is until the 30th. So I can't risk it. I might be done with exams by then, but I might also have an exam on Monday... I won't know that before May or so...

3. It snowed today!

Sorry Eve! Mums can be a pain sometimes. I remember when i lived with her we used to fight a lot too, but since I got married, i really really miss her, our relationship got waaaay better!

@Eve - Oh, Moms. I think they're all the same. I know my Mom is gonna find a way to annoy me when I go home.

1. Didn't end up going to Donald Glover's show in SF cuz I wasn't feeling well. Plus, Jessica (my caregiver) and I both had a shit ton of work to do last weekend (and this week cuz of finals week), so it's probably better, in retrospect, that we didn't go.
2. One 3 hour Avant-Garde Film final and 19 pages of my screenplay (along with all of the hours for my internship I've been putting in) later, I'M FINALLY DONE!! But GAHHH, I seriously think I failed the Avant-Garde Film final. No, seriously. Cuz I barely wrote anything and what I did write totally sucked. Hopefully the other aspects of the course will be high enough so I can pass the class. Do NOT want to re-take it, especially cuz it's my LAST film major requirement.
3. TWO MORE SEMESTERS OF COLLEGE TO GO!! And I'm going home on Saturday and my Grandma is visiting, so we'll be having a very belated Hanukkah celebration.

That's so great!! And sounds like fun for the saturday plans!!

1. FINALLY finished my 13 page Film analysis! Pretty much done with this class now (and all my papers, for that matter)
2. I booked two holidays this week: Rome in March and Mexico next Summer!!
3. Wanna go crazy one last time before I start working. (and hopefully I'll find a job cuz I'll need the money for sure But hey you only live once )
and 4. Gonna work this weekend (Sat & Sun) in the Department store I also work during Summer.

@Eve - Thanks! It feels good to be done! OMG, so jealous of all your amazing trips! I miss traveling!

1. GAHHH!! I'm really freaking out and worried I didn't pass Avant-Garde. The more I think about the final, the more I think I didn't pass. I'm just SO tired of school. I haven't had a decent break since LAST CHRISTMAS.
2. Hoping to watch all of the Tru Calling and Community Christmas episodes with Jessica today. Also got a Tru Calling fan into Community and a Community fan into Tru Calling. LOVE IT.
3. Move-out day in my co-op, though only one of my roommates is moving out. I wonder how crazy it is in my complex today. I should get out there and look.

1. Freaking out a bit, I just don't have time to work on my thesis. And now I think "next semester" but how on earth am I gonna have the time then if I have 4 classes + script writing seminar then!!?!
2. Never gonna get it done by June... Guess I'll have to work on it over the Summer then and choose the August deadline.. BLAHH!
3. Need to find an Italian neorealism film to watch to prepare for my Film History exam but of course I can't find it.. Damn classes, so sick of college right now!

@Eve - Wow! You seem to have a lot of BIG papers in your film classes! Ahhh, 4 classes AND the scriptwriting seminar? BLECH. It's gonna be hard enough for me to do 3 classes plus my internship (even though one of my classes is Pass/Not Pass, which I actually have to pass this time!) I hope you find the film you're looking for! *hugs*

1. I PASSED MY CLASSES!! B in Avant-Garde Film and A in Screenwriting! We're not gonna talk about my Not Pass in Art and Meditation...
2. Still waiting on the e-mailed notes on my script that I'm supposed to get from my Screenwriting professor, though.
3. Don't know where in the freezer my ice cream birthday cake is gonna fit, but it's a red velvet cake with cake batter ice cream & Twix mix-in with Reeses on top and it sounds delicious!

@ Lara: I knowww, it's just crazy. Damn what did I do to myself? Hmm I'll have to struggle my way through, somehow! And about my papers, the Film Analysis paper was the biggest one. And I don't have any other form of exam for that class, so that's good. My Film Theory paper was only 3 pages and Non-Fiction 7, I think. But finished them all . Oh & congrats on passing your classes Your birthday cake sounds DELICIOUS! I want some!

1. Gotta get some studying done today. I need to start preparing for my Film History exam (since I didn't pass last year, I wanna put some more effort in it now, hehe)
2. Still so much snow!! I'm sick of it, I need to go out to the bank and post office damnit!

@Eve - Well, I admire you. You're a grad student and you'll have your Master's Degree before I'll have my Bachelor's Degree. You're also 2 years younger than me. I know it shouldn't matter, but it's like that with a bunch of my friends (like my neighbor I'm friends with down the street who's in her first year at law school, also 22, crazy!). Those are some pretty decent sized papers! At least the Film Theory one was the shortest! But damn... 13 pages?! I think besides the 40 page Paper of Insanity that I refused to do, I think the longest paper I've ever had to write in any of my film classes was my 1st long-ish film paper for History of Sound Film, a 7 page paper on Chicago. I think my TV comedies paper in my Documentary Film class was also 7 pages now that I think about it. GAH. This past semester all I had paper-wise was one 4 page Avant-Garde paper and weekly (one paragraph or two paragraph) film journals due. It wasn't bad paper-wise. I'm glad you finished them! Good luck with your final exams. If I can pass, so can you!

1. My birthday cake was DELICIOUS! I picked a good one this year! SCORE! Saw family and some friends on my b-day, but maybe I'll celebrate more when I go back to school. *shrugs*
2. The East Coast has also been getting tons of snow, so I'm hoping my Grandma's flight back to New Jersey on Thursday doesn't get cancelled! I think the East got our West Coast rainstorm. It was coming DOWN last week!
3. Still no notes from my Screenwriting professor on my script. Hoping she sends them soon, though I talked to a friend and she hasn't gotten notes back either, but we've both gotten our grades. Guess she hasn't gotten around to sending us back notes yet. Been working on fanfics for now, but when I get those notes, I need to get back to writing this screenplay!
