New 'Funny or Die' Video Stars Heidi Montag

Reality star Heidi Montag may have changed recently (thanks to ten plastic surgeries) but she still has her sense of humor. The wannabe pop singer stars in a new Funny or Die clip directed by Ron Howard, in which she urges consumer support for financial reform -- by mocking her cosmetic surgeries and nouveau-famous celebrity lifestyle

The former contestant on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! breezes through the clip, which features a cameo by husband Spencer Pratt, 26. In a skin-tight mini, she jokes, "If you're a reality TV star, chances are good that you'll one day have plastic surgery. It's also a for sure thing that you'll have to pay for that surgery with credit cards."

The Hills star does make worthwhile points about hidden fees and service increases (that could make an $11,000 procedure on the jaw cost more like $50,000!). Montag later kids (we hope) that "being in debt for elective surgery is bad enough" and that she would cry -- if she could -- for those who can't afford things like food. The starlet urges viewers, from her Jacuzzi, to call their senators and demand consumer protection; she also tries, rather unsuccessfully to grin and say thanks, asking the crew, "Am I smiling?"

And rest assured, the clip has Montag taking a swipe at former Laguna Beach costar Lauren "LC" Conrad. Montag has since told People that she enjoyed being directed by Howard and that he made her "feel confident" in her acting abilities.

Jennifer Aniston Reacts To Heidi Montag's Casting

When we hear that The Hills star, Heidi Montag, had been cast in a romantic comedy starring Jennifer Aniston, we couldn't believe it...

We were waiting to hear what some of Heidi's co-stars would have to say about the ridiculous reality star being in a movie with them and we didn't have long to wait.

Sadly it wasn't quite the horrified and scathing response we'd been hoping for...

According to Access Hollywood, Jennifer called Heidi's casting: "I just heard that. That's interesting and fun."

Jennifer Aniston on Montag

At the premiere of The Bounty Hunter in New York on Tuesday, Jennifer Aniston was asked what she thought of Heidi Montag having a cameo in her upcoming comedy alongside Adam Sandler and Nicole Kidman.

"I just heard that," Jennifer said about her new co-star. "That's interesting and fun," she added with a smile.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Heidi will film a cameo role this week for the 2011 Just Go With It. Aniston didn’t offer any details about Montag’s part in the film, but said the role suits Heidi well.

"She's gonna do - she's . . . perfect," Jennifer said.

As far as The Bounty Hunter, the turnout was huge at the stateside red carpet event.

"That's one of my favorite parts of, you know, coming to premieres, is getting to, you know, meet, see the fans," Jennifer said. "I think we need to do more of that - all over the place."
