Heidi Montag addicted to plastic surgery: 'The Hills' star admits to having 10 procedures in one day

As if she didn't already look like Barbie, Heidi Montag now admits she's "obsessed" with going plastic.

The 23-year-old reality TV star, who had a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation in 2007, confessed to going under the knife a second time and having 10 procedures in one day, according to People.com.

"For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done," Montag says. "I'm beyond obsessed."

She says the plastic surgery is helping her become "the best me" she can be.

In August, Montag indicated that more changes were to come, telling People, "I plan to get a few more upgrades ... I'm sure as I get older I'll need some touch-ups. I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer]."

The busty blond also admitted to shopping around for body parts in Playboy before she appeared as the magazine's September cover girl last year.

"When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best," she said. "So I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys."

Montag's current quest for self-improvement also includes a burgeoning music career.

The aspiring singer has just released her debut album "Superficial," which took her three years and $2 million to finish.

"It's cost as much or more than a Britney Spears album, because I wanted it to be that quality and to be able to get those people," Montag tells Entertainment Weekly. "My album would have cost a record label over $4 million."

Montag has big dreams of performing at the World Cup, and says "Superficial" has the potential to reach "Thriller" status.

"But I've spent as much time – maybe more, even–than Thriller. Every detail was very important to me, because I take this very seriously."

Let's just hope she doesn't take the lyrics quite as seriously.

According to Usmagazine.com, the self-professed "Christian girl's" new single "I'll do it," includes the line "I brought some treats / I know that you gon love em / Come eat my panties off of me / Do whatever you feel comes naturally."

Like daughter, like mother?

Heidi Montag, who has been widely criticized for undergoing 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, says her mother wants to go under the knife too.

Despite People magazine reporting last week that Montag's mother, Darlene Egelhoff, was "horrified" by her surgeries, the reality star told ABC's "Nightline" that her mother was, in fact, supportive of the drastic transformation.

"She says, 'Whatever makes you happy,'" Montag told the ABC show. "And 'Great,' and, 'I could definitely see your boobs looking incredible bigger,' and you know, my mom's very ... supportive about whatever makes you happy in life."

"I've had this conversation with her several times," she added. "So I think she knew. I already heard what she had to say."

Though she still appears swollen, Montag has been proudly showing off her new look which is the result of larger breast implants, a chin reduction, a brow lift, a nose job revision, neck liposuction, botox in her forehead, fat injections in her cheeks and her ears pinned back.

Though her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, told RadarOnline.com that he refuses to enhance her breast size any more, Montag is hoping she can convince him to transform her mother.

"Actually, she was excited for me and she's asking me ... for her surgery next," Montag said. "So for Mother's Day, I have to ask Dr. Frank Ryan if he'll do the mommy makeover."

She's gonna look like a cheap blow up doll in ten years from now... I can't really understand, with examples like Pamela Anderson or Tara Reid in front of your face, how you can fall in the same mistakes...

Heidi Montag finally unveiled her new look to her mom, Darlene Egelhoff, two months after the star of "The Hills" underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day.

But the mother-and-daughter reunion, in Montag's hometown of Crested Butte, Colo., hardly went as planned, reports People.com.

"I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did," Montag said of the homecoming which was filmed for "The Hills." "She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn't like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak."

"I think she was most upset that Spencer was there for me and she wasn't," said Montag of her husband and "Hills" co-star, Spencer Pratt.

"She was saying how sad it is that my confidence is gone because of the music industry I'm trying to get into."

The 23-year-old reality star, whose recently released debut album, "Superficial," was a financial flop, said all her nips and tucks are a necessary part of her new career.

"I wanted to be the most beautiful, inside and out," she said. "It's part of being a pop star."

That is just stupid... I can completely get her mom's feelings... It's like looking to a completely different person. A person you don't even know...

As for the "being the most beautiful"... Well, I can't actually say she's improved... She was a person in the beginning of The Hills. Right now's just a broken freaky doll.

I don't like her now, but in mid s4 and early s5 she was like a Barbie, she really had improved in comparison with Laguna or s1.... But I prefer more natural looks like Lauren's or Lo's... Even Stephanie Paratt with all her surgery is prettier...

Totally. It's just sad. Some people shouldn't go into showbiz as they don't have the self-confidence to deal with all the criticism.

Seems "The Hills" star Heidi Montag's 10 new plastic surgery nips and tucks really have built up the 23-year-old's self-esteem.

Now that she looks almost nothing like she did as recently as November, the blond -- she's still blond -- is apparently confident enough, MSNBC's the Scoop says, to pose topless for Playboy!

That's instead of just settling for those lame-o, no-nudity bikini shots she popped for the mag back in September.

(Get this -- she said they even had to Photoshop one of her lame-o you-know-whats bigger, just to fill out the bikini top! Can you imagine the horror?)

You go girl! Woo! Hoo! Because nothing says "I'm happy just being the strong woman who is me!" than pressing your bangin' new triple-Ds up against a soapy shower door and banking six or seven figures for your scantily clad day's work.

Hubby Spencer Pratt will no doubt be even prouder of his artistically expressive wife. Plus, a friend told InTouch magazine, Heidi "could use the money."

Perhaps there'll even be enough cash for "The Hills" Barbie to buy the even-bigger breasts she told People she wants installed as soon as her doctor decides it's no longer medically unsafe.

Hey, a girl can dream.

She needs money after her musical fiasco, what can I say? And she got used to expensive clothing and accesories in the show (god those bags!!) so I put my money on more playboy's...
